Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil

Twelve mature coconuts. One Liter. Nothing else.

Our oil is pressed cold from raw coconut milk within hours of cracking, centrifuged to separate, then vacuum-sealed to draw out the last of the moisture. The result is a light, almost weightless oil with a five-year shelf life and a true coconut aroma — the way nature made it, never refined, never deodorised, never touched by heat.

The benefits

  • MCTs for energy

Medium-chain triglycerides convert quickly to energy rather than being stored.

  • Brain support

Lauric acid is a precursor to monolaurin, studied for cognitive and immune support.

  • Skin & hair

Light enough to absorb without residue. Traditional use across South & Southeast Asia.

  • Oil pulling

Twenty minutes in the morning. Traditional Ayurvedic practice for oral health.

Using it

  • In the kitchen

Sautéing, roasting, baking. Stable at temperatures up to 202°C.

  • In a smoothie

One tablespoon for sustained morning energy.

  • On the skin

A small amount as a moisturiser, hair conditioner, or makeup remover.

  • Oil pulling

One tablespoon swishing in the mouth for 10 minutes.

The questions

What does cold-pressed extra virgin actually mean?

The oil is pressed from fresh coconut milk within hours of cracking, separated by centrifuge and vacuum-sealed — no heat, no chemicals, no refining, no deodorising. What's in the bottle is the oil exactly as it left the coconut.

Why is the smoke point 202°C when most coconut oil says 177°C?

202°C is a measured value for our oil, not a category average — Central Laboratory (Thailand), report TRBK67/20255. Vacuum-sealing draws the moisture down below 0.01 g per 100 g, and drier oil smokes later. It makes the oil comfortable for sautéing and roasting.

How long does it keep, and how should I store it?

Up to five years unopened, thanks to the vacuum seal and the low moisture. Keep it away from direct sunlight. Below about 24°C the oil turns solid and white, above that it's a clear liquid — both states are normal and the quality is unchanged.

How much MCT does it contain?

64.9 g per 100 g — the sum of the C8, C10 and C12 fatty acids, measured by ALS Laboratory Group on lot 2461225. Medium-chain triglycerides are converted to energy more directly than long-chain fats.

Can I use it on skin and hair?

Yes — it's a single-ingredient oil with a long tradition of cosmetic use across South and Southeast Asia. It's light enough to absorb without residue. We make no medical claims; if you have a skin condition, ask a professional.

Why twelve coconuts per liter?

That's the real yield of cold-pressing mature fruit. Twelve coconuts give roughly one liter of extra virgin oil when nothing is extracted with heat or solvents — it's the honest cost of doing it this way.

How it's made

Cold-pressed, not refined.

Most coconut oil on a supermarket shelf has been refined, bleached and deodorised. Ours is pressed from fresh milk within six hours of cracking and never heated. Here is the difference, line by line.
