What we know about you, and why.
Short version: we collect what an order needs and what you hand us for the newsletter — nothing else. No advertising trackers, no data sales, no profiles.

Who is responsible
Tropical Nutrition Co., Ltd., Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand, is the data controller for cocowel.com under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Reach us on LINE @cocowel or through the contact details at tropical-nutrition.com.
What we collect
- Newsletter — your email address, the sign-up time, and your IP address and browser signature (kept solely for spam protection). Legal basis: your consent; unsubscribe any time.
- Orders— your name, phone number, delivery address, the items ordered and the totals, plus IP address and browser signature for fraud prevention. Legal basis: performing the contract you're asking us to perform.
- Payment slips— when you send a bank-transfer slip on LINE, it shows your name and bank details. We use it only to match your payment to your order, inside that LINE conversation. Messages you send us on LINE are also subject to LINE's own privacy policy.
We never see or store card numbers — payment happens entirely inside your banking app. We don't run advertising trackers. If we add website analytics later, this policy will say so first.
Where it lives and for how long
Newsletter and order records are stored in files on our web server that are not publicly accessible. Order records are kept as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; payment slips only as long as verification and those legal obligations need.
Who else sees it
The shipping courier receives your name, address and phone number — that's what delivery is. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Your rights
- Ask what data we hold about you, and receive a copy.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data deleted, where no legal retention duty stands in the way.
- Withdraw newsletter consent at any time.
- Object to processing, and complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe we've handled your data wrongly.
To exercise any of these, message us on LINE @cocowel — we answer within the same 24-hour window as orders.
Children
cocowel.com is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. For material changes affecting existing subscribers, we'll say so in the newsletter itself.
