Coconut Protein

Four hundred coconuts for one kilo of pure protein.

Most plant proteins are extracted, concentrated, and reassembled with binders and flavours. Ours is none of that. We press fresh coconut milk, separate the protein-rich fraction, and dry it at low temperatures into a fine, naturally sweet powder. One ingredient on the label: coconut. All eight essential amino acids inside.
