The terms, in plain language.

1 · Products and information

We sell food products. Nutritional figures on this site are measured on specific production lots by independent laboratories, with lot numbers cited on each page; values can vary slightly between lots, as nature does. Nothing on this site is medical advice — for health decisions, talk to a professional.

2 · How an order becomes a contract

• Placing an order on a product page is your offer to buy. You receive an order reference (for example CW-0042).
• You pay the exact total by Thai QR bank transfer and send us the payment slip on LINE @cocowel, quoting your reference.
• The contract is formed when we confirm your order in that LINE conversation after verifying the payment against our bank account — within 24 hours of receiving your slip.
• We may decline an order (for example, a delivery address outside Thailand); anything already paid on a declined order is refunded in full.

3 · Prices and shipping

Prices are in Thai Baht as shown on the product pages at the moment you order. Shipping within Thailand costs a flat 55 baht and is free for orders of 1,234 baht or more. We currently deliver within Thailand only.

4 · Payment

• Payment is by bank transfer via Thai QR (PromptPay, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) to Tropical Nutrition Co., Ltd.
• Please transfer exactly the total shown with your order.
• If no payment and slip arrive within 7 days of ordering, the order lapses — nothing is owed.
• Underpayments: we'll ask for the difference before shipping. Overpayments: your choice of a refund of the difference or a credit toward the order.

5 · Delivery

We dispatch after confirmation and send the tracking number in your LINE conversation. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed dates.

6 · Cancellation and refunds

• Before dispatch: cancel any time in your LINE thread for a full refund.
• After delivery: because these are food products, returns are limited to damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items.
• Report such issues within 48 hours of delivery on LINE, with photos. Approved refunds go to the account the payment came from.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Thai consumer protection law.

7 · Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, our liability for a breach of these terms is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8 · Content and brand

The COCOWEL name, wordmark, label artwork, photography and texts on this site belong to Tropical Nutrition Co., Ltd. Quoting with attribution is welcome; commercial reuse needs our written yes.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes belong to the competent courts of Thailand.
